Baubukas ceramic clay creatures

English

stylish moose ceramic clay brooch by baubukas Baubukas ceramic clay creatures

Could I leave out this moose? No no no and absolutely not.

It’s adorable! It’s entirely handmade, from modeling the ceramic clay to painting.
Interesting is the decoration that is made using the needle-etched engobe technique.

Aaaah feelings of love all around.

All these creatures are so lovely and what about the dog below? I feel so inspired!

And I’ve just realized that I ended up on brooches. Again.
I’m starting to think that it’s an illness. And it could be contagious. Beware! :)

Happy rest of the day guys!
Here in Italy is almost midnight and I’m going to pass out in bed!  ;)

E quest’ alce? Potevo mai lasciarla fuori? No no no e assolutamente no.

E’ adorabile!

Aaaah provo sentimenti d’amore.

Attenti! :)

EnglishAfter about a hundred of projects sent to the UnDoToDo contest and the hard work of  the whole team who organized it, the winners have been announced.

And Imaginative Bloom as a media partner of this interesting contest, is happy to share with you the winning projects!

▲▲▲▲▲

The 3rd prize has been won by Cecilia Felli with her original Umbrella Skirt project.
Probably my fav! But I suppose I may be biased, it’s a “girly” thing, and you can also wear it!

The 2nd prize is for Raffaele De Martino with his “Stecca” project, to hang clothes on the wall.
Football fans will love it. Well I’m not one of them, but this idea of design through recycling is really original.

Genius and simple idea together. I’d love to see the city full of these!

Clay brooches and Denitsa's world

EnglishAnimal brooches by Denitsa Clay brooches and Denitsa’s world

Ok, maybe I’m a little bit obsessed by handmade brooches.
But I mean, have you seen them?
Awww the world is an endless well of wonders and talented creatives, this time from Bulgaria.

I’ve discovered the works of Denitsa via Flickr and she immediately became a favorite on my “love list” of the handmade field.

Handmade creations by Denitsa Clay brooches and Denitsa’s world

Clay brooches by Denitsa Clay brooches and Denitsa’s world

Her creations are made mostly using clay and paper and the characters are amazing!
Not to mention the illustrations!

If your mouth is watering like mine, you should follow Denitsa’s blog and her Flickr page.

Illustrations by Denitsa Clay brooches and Denitsa’s world

There’s more.

PUNKT and Denitsa Boyadzhieva have launched a super lovely project: it’s a printed 2012 calendar featuring Denitsa illustrations and together with it you can “adopt” a lovely brooch at your choice.

You must see the project’s site – All Is Full Of Love – so cute!

ItalianoAnimal brooches by Denitsa Clay brooches and Denitsa’s world

Handmade creations by Denitsa Clay brooches and Denitsa’s world

Clay brooches by Denitsa Clay brooches and Denitsa’s world

E i suoi personaggi, bellissimi!

No, non è mica finita.

Dovete vedervi la pagina  del progetto- All Is Full Of Love – troppo bellina!

Do you like the vintage mood? I do!

This week I picked all handmade creations that reminded me something of the past.
All so nice! And a special love for the mocassins. I think they’re amazingly and nicely chic!

Will your week end be in the “vintage” mood too?
My last one was so! I went to a concert where they played only songs from the 60s. It was funny!

Vi piace il mood vintage? A me si!

Divertente!

New wonders to fall in love with!

I was surfing the web during my moment of research and inspiration and… tadaaa!

It’s Min Lee (from Seoul, South Korea) who creates all these shapes with porcelain painting them by hand, one by one.
All these beautiful and original head brooches to wear are the result.

A real and precious work of art.
