Totally captured by these paper works. She is Esther Ramirez, in art Essimar and this is her super lovely etsy shop.
What a stunning creativity, originality and taste on mixing colors and geometric shapes.

Sandra Eterovic is from Melbourne, Australia, while her parents are from Brac isle, in Croatia, and this seems to has quite a lot influenced her particular style.
I discovered this fabulous artist and designer via The Design Files blog and I couldn’t that reserve her an entire post!
I’m totally captivated by her wooden figures. The clocks are simply adorable and each one of these works is so creative and inspirational! Go see her blog and flickr page!
I’ve seen lots of funny things there and also another lovely version of the scarf you see above. I love it!
Finally here’s Sandra’s etsy shop. I’ll wait to see other wooden creations (and clocks and scarves, please do more!)!

When I see these kind of works my mind and my hands begin to thrill and get excited. I miss to sculpt sooo much! Hope soon to do it again.
These fantastic sculptures are by Lydia Dekker from Netherlands. The woman you see on the second image is a big sculpture and you can take a look at some interesting ‘work in progress’ pics on her blog.

Quando vedo questo tipo di lavori mi si iniziano ad agitare ed eccitare cervello e mani. Mi manca troppo scolpireee! Spero di poter riprendere a farlo presto.

I found these cute fabric goodies via flickr and I wanted to feature them. She’s A Bit Of Pilli Pilli and I’m discovering right now she’s Italian, like me.
Here on IB I always try to do my best to support artists and creatives who deserve attention and so, I hope it will bring her some extra reader/buyer. It’s always a pleasure to find nice works with tidy photos and updated web spaces.

These repurposed vessels are a new project by Jane Schouten, another original and super inspirational work, that I’m sure will have success, as was for the idea of her found object Christmas tree (I suggest to save her flickr page!).
In her blog she has also posted a little tutorial to know how to repurpose these vessels into wall vases by yourself.
In her post and on comments left by readers, I read that in some countries these kind of ceramic vessels (that are originally used to moisture the air as they hang on the side of radiators), are not used. In Italy we have them!
And I’m sure to have some old ones in my home too. The great thing in these kind of works is that anyone can create the design that better suit his own taste or that better match the style of his home.

Questi vasi ‘riadattati’ sono un nuovo progetto di Jane Schouten, un altro lavoro originale e di grande ispirazione, che sono sicura avrà successo, come è stato per l’idea del suo Albero di Natale degli oggetti ritrovati (suggerisco di salvare la sua pagina flickr!).
Nel suo blog ha anche pubblicato un piccolo tutorial per sapere come fare per ‘riadattare’ da soli questi contenitori in vasi da muro.
Dal suo post e dai commenti lasciati dai lettori, ho appreso che in alcuni paesi questo tipo di recipienti di ceramica (che vengono originariamente utilizzati per l’umidità nell’aria mentre sono appesi ai radiatori), non sono utilizzati. In Italia li abbiamo!
E sono sicura di averne qualcuno di vecchio anche in casa mia. La cosa bella in questo tipo di creazioni è che chiunque può creare il design che meglio soddisfa il proprio gusto personale o chesi abbina allo stile della sua casa.

I’m always fashinated by photos’ elaborations that mix together photography and drawings. Sooner or later I will try!
Camellie is a 25 y.o. illustrator based in Bristol. She is currently working for JESS3 as a freelancer.
She worked as graphic designer and web designer in Cluj (Romania) for about 2 years.
