What is QuINDIE?
Quindie is a Festival of Independent Culture.
It’s design, craft, graphics, apparel, publishing, music, web.
Quindie wants to give voice to all the beautiful things that normally don’t have the attention and space they deserve.
Art and craft stalls, creative workshops, spaces for photography, writing, comics, video, music and more.
It’s a unique event you shouldn’t miss if you are part of the independent movement or if you just love it.
And I’m proud to say that this time this fantastic event is based in Italy!
When and Where?
The 8th of October, from 10 am to 10 pm in Fidenza, Italy.
It happens all in one day!
The Juicy Corners
Teepees Corner
Creations of “Teepees” (indian tents) with recycled fabric and sticks.
Photography Corner
“One shot lab” is 15 minutes to support the instant analogical photography. 15 minutes to realize a scenography based on one of the 4 available themes and one only shoot to capture it. Photos will be taken with a polaroid and exposed along the road.
Uggers
New techniques of diffusion of hugs as group therapy for socialization and harmony.
Urban Picnic Corner
Street art, seed bomb workshops, pois and origami decorative origami to emphasize how small gestures can help each of us to creatively re-appropriate ourselves of our own space.
Indie-pendent Stalls Corner
Stalls with handmade products such as portrait cushions, creative jewelry, t-shirt, vintage clothes and more.
Illustrators, Comics, Publishers and Graphic Novelists Corner
The goal of this corner is to promote indie publishing, and so all those publishers that self-produce and that sell on line relying only on their own strengths.
Stories told through drawings: the graphic novel through tables, texts and the authors.
Indie Music Corner
Indie music on a space that will be set up in harmony with the notes. Live music and dj set.
2.0 Space Corner
Will be discussed the possibilities of the open source, the Hacker philosophy (to destroy it’s negative meaning), Linux, etc.
Ottotipi (itinerant) Corner
Little artistic and creative experiments disseminated in the streets and with open access to all, cared by Ottotipi association.
Books and Independent Writers Corner
Discussions, books and writers.
Fair Trade Corner
Demonstrations and tasting of fair trade products to support the emergence and growth of projects in independent communities.
Flash Mob Meditation Corner
Urban meditation and deep breathing for the reappropriation of the slow pace.
“A Wool Flower as Brooch” Corner
A colorful workshop and anti stress therapy.
Beer Corner
For your refreshing moments.
APE Corner
Food service on the road from a beautiful pink APE car.
“When I Grow Up I Want To Be a Pressman” Corner
Basic course for children about the world of printing with ink. Printing techniques that they reproduce also by themselves at home or school: monotype, stencil, etching.
“Make it move!” Corner
There will be a workshop with a theme and each participant will create a little sequence of images. At the end all drawings for the animation will be photographed.
Villa Villa Colle Corner
A uber creativity space that for one day will be on the road to bring its workshops and colors for all kids from 4 years and up.
Auction of Picnic Baskets Corner
A really funny occasion where each one can bring for free a picnic basket (a portion for 2 people) to give to the central corner of organizers within 11.30 am. At 12.30 pm the auction will begin and who win the auction will pay the amount that will be donated to the Terzo Tempo association.
“I also like pasta with soup” Corner
A creation by the Almandina Theater. 45 minutes of everyday life transformed in unexpected ways.

Cos’è il QuINDIE?
Quindie è un Festival di Cultura Indipendente.
E’ design, artigianato artistico, grafica, abbigliamento, editoria, musica, web.
Quindie vuole dar voce a tutte quelle bellissime cose che normalmente non hanno lo spazio e l’attenzione che meritano.
Bancarelle di prodotti handmade, laboratori creativi, spazi per la fotografia, la scrittura, il fumetto, i video, la musca e tanto altro.
E’ un evento unico che non dovreste perdervi per nulla al mondo, soprattutto se vi riconoscete nel movimento della cultura indipendente o ne siete appassionati.
E con orgoglio posso dire che questo fantastico evento avrà luogo in Italia!

Corner Teepees
Creazione di “Teepees”, le tipiche tende infdiane, con materiali di recupero.
Corner della Fotografia
“One shot lab” di un quarto d’ora dedicato al supporto della fotografia istantanea analogica. 15 minuti per
realizzare una scenografia sulla base di uno dei 4 temi forniti e uno scatto a disposizione per immortalare il
tutto. Le foto saranno scattate con una polaroid e subito esposte in una mostra allestita per la via.
Corner Abbracciatori
Nuove tecniche di diffusione di abbracci come terapia collettiva per la socializzazione e l’armonia.
Corner Urban Picnic
Street art, seed bomb workshops, pois e origami per dimostrare coem i piccoli gesti possono aiutare ognuno di noi a riappropriarsi del proprio spazio.
Corner Bancarelle Indie-pendenti
Bancarelle con creazioni handmade come cuscini-ritratto, gioielli creativi, magliette, vestiti vintage e altro.
Corner Disegnatori, Fumetti, Editori e Graphic Novelist
L’obiettivo di questo corner è quello di promuovere l’editoria indipendente, ossia tutta quella parte di editori
slegati dai grandi gruppi, che si auto-producono e vendono in rete contando solo sulle proprie forze.
Storie disegnate e racconti narrati attraverso il segno: la graphic novel raccontata attraverso le tavole, i testi e gli autori.
Corner Indie Music
Musica indipendente in uno spazio che sarà allestito in armonia con le note. Musica dal vivo, e dj set.
Corner Spazio 2.0
Si discuteranno le possibilità dell’open source, si parlerà della filosofia Hacker (per distruggerne il significato negativo che gli viene generalmente attribuito), di Linux etc.
Corner (itinerante) Ottotipi
Piccoli esprimenti artistici e creativi disseminati per le strade del Festival e aperti a tutti, curati dall’associazione Ottotipi.
Corner dei Libri e degli Scrittori Indipendenti
Discussioni, libri e scrittori.
Corner Equo Solidale
Dimostrazioni e degustazioni di prodotti del commercio equo solidale per il supporto della nascita e crescita di progetti in comunità indipendenti.
Corner Flash Mob Meditation
Meditazione urbana e respirazione profonda per riappropriarsi dei propri ritmi lenti.
Corner “Spilliamoci un fiore di lana”
Un workshop colorato e una terapia anti stress.
Corner Birra
L’immancabile spazio per dissetarsi.
Corner APE
Servizio cibo on the road servito da una APE mobile color rosa.
Corner “Da Grande Voglio Fare lo Stampatore”
Un corso base per bambini sul mondo della stampa con inchiostro. Tecniche di stampa che potranno poi anche riprodurre da soli a casa o a scuola: monotipi, stencil, incisione.
Corner “Fallo muovere! Dagli vita!”
Ci sarà un workshop con un tema e ogni partecipante dovrà creare una piccoal sequenza di immagini. Alla fine tutti i disegni per l’animazione verranno fotografati.
Corner Villa Villa Colle
Villa Villa Colle è uno spazio super creativo che per un giorno scenderà in strada per portare i suoi laboratori e colori pe rbambini dai 4 anni in su.
Corner dell’Asta di Cestini da Picnic
Un’occasione davvero divertente in cui ognuno può portar eun cestino da picnic per due da dare all’organizzazione entro le 11.30. Alle 12.30 inizierà un’asta e chi si aggiudicherà i cestini pagherà la somma con cui l’ha vinta che sarà poi devolouta all’associazione Terzo Tempo.
“Mi Piace Anche la Pasta in Brodo” Corner
Un’idea e realizzazione del teatro l’Almandina. 45 minuti di vita quotidiana trasformata in modi imprevisti.
